📦 1. Shipping Policy (Cambodian Raw Hair Craft)

🚚 Shipping Method

  •  international shipping via DHL Express or similar trusted courier. 

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days (may vary for wholesale or custom orders). Delivery time: Approx 3–5 business days once shipped, depending on destination country. 

📍 Customs & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by their country. These are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost. It’s best to advise customers to check local import regulations before purchase.

📦 Order Requirements

  • If shipping by a specific date is critical (e.g., for events), the customer must inform the seller before purchase. Orders cannot be guaranteed after payment. 

  • Custom wholesale orders may have payment deadlines, e.g., auto-cancellation if not paid within 72 hours. 

🧾 Tracking

  • Provide customers with a tracking number once the order is dispatched so they can monitor delivery progress themselves.


💸 2. Refund & Exchange Policy (Industry Standard / Example)

No Refunds

  • Refunds are generally not issued for hair extensions once an order is placed and shipped. All sales are final.

⚠️ No Exchanges

  • Due to hygiene and product nature (raw hair products), exchanges are usually not offered

📦 Order Changes

  • After payment confirmation, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or adjusted (quantity, length, texture, etc.).

  • Many raw hair orders are customized or specific to client needs (length, texture, bundles), making resale difficult if returned. 

📦 International Shipping Challenges

  • International shipping (e.g., DHL) can involve customs delays, duties, and extra costs; if products are returned, sellers often require the customer to cover return shipping + customs fees

  • Processing time clearly stated (e.g., 2–4 business days).

  • Clarify customs responsibilities in checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Offer limited returns only if specific conditions are met (optional, but competitive):

  • Return window (e.g., 7–10 days after delivery).

  • Hair must be unopened, untampered, and in original packaging.

  • Customer pays return shipping.

  • Refund excludes original shipping cost.

Note: Many companies choose no refunds or exchanges due to hygiene policies but offering a transparent exception for damaged or incorrectly shipped products can build trust.
