Return & Refund Policy

📦 Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened hair extensions. However, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

  • Item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Item(s) must be in the same condition as received (no combing, cutting, dyeing, or washing)

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return meets all conditions, you may be eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Hair that has been worn, unbundled, altered, washed, colored, or styled

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

  • Custom orders (e.g. custom wigs, lengths, colors, or textures)

  • Bulk hair for salon/professional use (unless damaged or incorrect)


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • If rejected, the item will be sent back to you (shipping charges apply)

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted unless the return was due to our error.
